Study on transient electromagnetic data processing based on weight theory

Abstract: In order to find out the water accumulation in the goaf of No.122109 face in Shaanxi Caojiatan Mine and ensure the safe production of coal mine, the water abundance of goaf, caving zone and water conduction fracture zone in No.122109 face was studied, and the water abundance of roof aquifer was evaluated. Then, according to the water abundance zoning map, the processing method of apparent resistivity data was weighted to reduce the influence of multi-solution of geophysical data. The weighted data were used to draw the resistivity sections of 0, 30 °, 60 ° and 90 ° and identify 32 abnormal positions. The projection was carried out to delineate the range of 6 abnormal areas of accumulated water on the plane. According to the resistivity value, the water abundance was judged, and the area and accumulated water of the main water accumulation area were predicted. The final results of goaf drainage were also basically consistent with the exploration results. The results showed that using multiple methods to weight the transient electromagnetic data combining with water abundance evaluation could better delineate the location of abnormal areas and guided the subsequent drainage work of goaf accumulated water.
