Abstract:Poor geological structures such as small faults and collapse columns are often encountered in the mining construction of mine working face. The existence of the structure will destroy the continuity of the coal seam and even become a potential water channel. If it is not identified in time, it will affect the safety of the working face. The single geophysical exploration method is affected by complex geological conditions, construction interference and other factors, and the judgment error of small-scale geological structure is large. Taking No.1230 face of Shuguang Mine as an example, this paper studied the use of seismic attribute results as the preliminary guidance to carry out mine ground penetrating radar and transient electromagnetic detection for small structures. The mining verification results showed that the surface-underground combined geophysical exploration method could find out the distribution pattern and water content characteristics of the structure in the working face, and provide technical support for the safe mining of the working face.
