Abstract:Aiming at the problems of complex hydrogeological conditions, large water inflow, high confined water pressure in the floor and great difficulty in water prevention and control of Zhaoguyi Mine, combined with the hydrogeological data of No.18011 Face and coal seam geological conditions, the surface directional branch drilling technology was proposed to control the threat of floor water disaster. The application results showed that the technology could fully cover the area threatened by water disaster on the coal seam floor of the working face, which not only solved the threat of water inrush from the floor in the mining process of the working face, but also improved the drilling efficiency and reduced the drilling construction cost. At the same time, the "green" drilling fluid formula was reasonably designed and selected, and the segmented drilling fluid construction was implemented, which solved the problems of drilling tool jamming, drilling hole collapse and difficult drilling construction due to complex formation conditions, and greatly reduced the damage impact of drilling construction on the surrounding environment.
