Abstract： Coal mine water prevention and control was a long term work with mine safety production. With the increasing intensity and depth of coal mining, various water damages encountered in mine production were becoming more and more complex. Therefore, it was necessary to carry out medium and long term plan for mine water prevention and control on the whole. According to the geological and hydrogeological conditions of coal mines, combined with the mining and excavating connection plan, the factors of water filling in coal mines and the problems of water damage were accurately analyzed, the water damages and water prevention and control measures in the planning period were clarified, and the annual mine water prevention and control scheme was formulated. As the overall basis of water prevention and control in coal mines, the scheme guided the mine to carry out water prevention and control work in a planned and targeted manner, and provided technical support and safety guarantee for the safe mining of working face and mine safety production.
