Abstract:Aiming at the problems of large roof subsidence and frequent roof fall accidents in mining roadway with argillaceous rock mass, the mining roadway of Baode Mine was taken as the research background. The deformation and failure characteristics of roadway roof under the influence of mining in argillaceous rock mass were analyzed, and the roof control countermeasures based on lengthening bolt were put forward. The results showed that the roof deformation of argillaceous rock roadway was serious during mining. The deformation of surrounding rock was s controlled by improving the bolt ( cable ) support density of roadway roof, and it was found that there was little correlation with the increase of support strength, and the anchor cable could not even play a supporting role. Therefore, the supporting method of high extension performance based on roof caving control was put forward, and the control strategy based on lengthening bolt was formed. The field engineering test results showed that the technology could coordinate deformation with roof and effectively prevent roof caving.
