Based on mining depth of coal seam deepening and the reality of mine pressure increase gradually, 6572 working face of Kailuan Lvjiatuo Mining Industry Branch was taken as example, the application effect of the support was discussed. The result showed that the support improved degree of mechanization, increased the support strength of working face, reduced the labor intensity, ensured the safety in production and improved unit yield of working face, month maximum production achieved at 135 000 t, the production was improved by 3 0000 t per month with the original 21/45 support, with economic effect breakthrough.
