Complicated hydrological conditions of mine water disasters prevention and control is an important technology of mine safety production, Based on mine exploitation layout to explore the feasibility of the exploitation isolation of mine, the applicable condition and role of the exploitation isolation was analyzed and discussed, isolated engineering of Xin’an Mine of Fengfeng Group was taken as example, the importance of isolated mining to control mine water burst and rapid plugging water source was illustrated.
