In order to ensure safe and efficient production of coal mine,the stability model of fully mechanized face was established by using FLAC3D numerical simulation software. The control variable method was used to obtain the direct roof subsidence values under the conditions of different hydraulic support resistance,different end-face distance and different direct roof thickness, furthermore the relationships between the stability of the direct roof and its influence factors were drawn out such as support resistance, end-face distance and direct roof thickness, providing a theoretical basis for the safe production of coal face.
