Abstract：Taking Xiandewang coal mine industrial square sewage treatment plant as an example， according to daily management mode and operation experience, the source of sewage and the composition of water quality, the operation mode of CASS process, and the factors affecting the treated water quality of CASS process during operation process were described. The influencing factors mainly include pH value, water temperature, raw water composition, sludge load Ns, dissolved oxygen DO, sludge concentration MLSS, 30 min settlement ratio SV30, sludge index SVI and reflux ratio. By adjusting various parameters, a set of optimal parameters suitable for the operation of the sewage plant was determined, in which the control of dissolved oxygen, water temperature, reflux ratio and sludge discharge is particularly important.
