Through the study of non-cement-based cementitious materials in the HanXing area and the analysis of the current situation and characteristics of the development of water control grouting technology, the feasibility of using a mixture of superfine slag powder, gypsum, quicklime and admixtures as cementitious materials and coal mine gangue powder or Shanxi loess powder as aggregates for water control grouting in coal mines was proposed. The influence of chemical composition of raw materials on grouting performance was analyzed in detail, and the superiority of applying inorganic non-cement-based water control grouting materials was verified by comparing the performance of inorganic non-cement-based water control grouting materials with cement water control grouting materials.
