Coal dust in the 5302 working face of Changping Mine with explosive risk, seriously threatened the safety of mine production. In the original coal seam water injection dust removal technology, the coal dust risk was effectively controlled, and the dust reduction rate was increased by 23.6%. The respirable dust concentration of the fully mechanized mining face was less than 252 mg/m3 and the total dust concentration was less than 496 mg/m3, which met the safety of the mine.
