Analysis on the application effect of gas replacement technology in gas regional control

Gas drainage has always been a key concern and urgent need in mine. This article focuses on the way of replacing coalbed methane with gas to control regional gas. Through the field test, the key monitoring data was analyzed. The gas permeability of the coal seam was greatly improved after the gas replacement technology was adopted. The recovery rate of coalbed methane reached more than 90%, and the gas concentration on site was significantly reduced. The application effect of this technology was remarkable. The gas replacement technology improved the gas production rate, ensured the safe mining.
