Jiulong Mine is an extremely complicated hydrogeological mine, on January 17, 2017, during the mining process of 15252N working face of Jiulong Mine, water bursting from the floor cracks occurred, causing the submerge of 15252N working face. Through comparison and analysis of water inrush accident in the 15423N working face in 2009, the water inrush amount of the 15252N working face was predicted by using the depth, rate comprehensive comparison method and volume rate comprehensive calculation method. Practice showed that the predicted peak water output of the 15252N working face was 7.76~9.04 m3/min, which was consistent with the actual situation and had guiding significance for the prediction of the water inflow under similar conditions.
