The imported exploration drilling rig imported by China Coal Pingshuo Industry Group Corporation originally used imported conventional drill pipe. In order to improve the exploration efficiency, it was replaced with the domestic rope core drill pipe, but the hydraulic cylinder of the clamp was not synchronized. The damage caused by the loading and unloading drill pipe holder was serious, the service life of the drilling tool was reduced, and the drill pipe running accident was prone to occur; and the fixing function of the original core device to the drill pipe was weak, the drill pipe swing was large, and so was the drill. Both service life and pore quality were affected. Through the research, modification and application in the original core and the loading and unloading device, the above problems were effectively solved, with obvious benefits.
