Aiming at the problem of insufficient air supply caused by the extension of working face and the increase of underground pneumatic tools and equipment in Yangpoyan compressed air station of No.1 Coal Mine of Huayang Group, this paper puts forward the transformation design scheme. Through research analysis and selection calculation, the existing five DLG-GF40 / 0.8 single screw air compressors were dismantled, and five SCR375H-10 screw air compressors were re-installed, and the power supply and distribution system was calculated to ensure that the new equipment meets the production needs. After the transformation, the maximum air supply capacity of the compressed air station is increased to 244 m3/min, which meets the normal production needs of the mine.
