In order to clarify the warning indicators for low metamorphic coal bodies and take targeted fire prevention and extinguishing measures, the oxygen concentration of the introduced gas was changed for the experiment by using the experimental method of programmed heating. And the CO, C2H4, and C2H2 gas concentrations were used as indicators to construct a grading warning system for the spontaneous combustion process of low metamorphic coal. Research has found that CO was detected under conditions of 30 ℃ and oxygen concentrations of 5%, 10%, and 21%. C2H4 began to appear at 130 ℃ under 5% oxygen concentration, and at 110 ℃ under 10% and 21% oxygen concentration. Except for C2H6, all hydrocarbon gases showed a decrease in critical temperature with increasing oxygen concentration. Based on this, a targeted comprehensive prevention and control technology system for low metamorphic coal spontaneous combustion is proposed, taking the 5-3 coal seams of Well 1 in Zhaohequan Coal Mine as the background. This research has important practical significance for the mine fire prevention and control work of low metamorphic coal.
