If raw materials and products in the production process run,emit and drip under the adverse conditions（ such as the open flame,electrostatic,high temperature, etc. ）,fire and explosion accident may occur. The production process characteristics and safety technical measures were researched.The causes and preventive measures on fire and explosion accidents in chemical enteriprises were introduced. Through scientific reasoning project site selection, reasonable layoutting, management of fire, increasing the protection devices, keeping away from high temperature hot body, protecting the electrical equipment, beware of friction, collision and static electricity,the production risks and losses could be declined.
