According to the basic situation of Yangquan city, the thesis analyzed its development of coal chemical industry's strengths and weaknesses, coal chemical industrial clear development and its necessity and feasibility was proposed, which maximized resource utilization, minimized waste discharge and formed recycling industry chain development.
