Study on application of grouting reinforcement in broken zone of fully mechanized mining face

Abstract: Aiming at the problems of rib spalling and roof leakage between No.158 support and No.215 support in No.14112 fully mechanized mining face of Pingshuo No.1 Coal Mine in Shanxi Province, combined with the geological characteristics of the site, the suitable grouting material was selected, the reasonable grouting reinforcement scheme was formulated, and the grouting reinforcement effect was evaluated. The project adopted the combination of silicate modified polyurethane material and polyurethane material, and adopts the three-cycle grouting scheme to solve the problem of rib spalling and roof leakage in the working face, so as to provide safety guarantee for the equipment withdrawal channel. The application results showed that through the two-way control of materials and processes, a total of 63 t grouting materials were consumed in the first cycle. After 4 cuts of coal, the second and third cycles of grouting were carried out, and no spalling and roof leakage occured.
