Abstract: Excessive water inflow in mine wellbore will reduce the safety factor of shaft and increase the cost of drainage. Aiming at the problem of excessive water inflow in the inclined wellbore of the main shaft of Mafuchuan Mine, the problem of excessive water leakage in the built shaft was solved by using the directional inclined hole subsection compaction grouting. Based on the previous construction conditions and geological conditions, the borehole layout was determined, the grouting material formula and grouting pressure were determined. And finally the double-row parallel boreholes were arranged along the directional drilling direction of the wellbore. The outer layer formed a skeleton, and the inner layer was compacted and grouted, the effect of which was the most ideal. The practice showed that the water inflow of the main wellbore decreased from 20 m3 / h to 8.5 m3 / h before and after the treatment, and the expected effect was achieved.
