Abstract: Based on the ethylene glycol project of Shaanxi Weihe Binzhou Chemical Corporation Ltd.. It has been running steadily for nearly 2 years since its original start, comparing the current data with the original start-up data. The stable operation of shift catalyst in these two years was introduced, and the factors endangering the service life of shift catalyst was studied and the experience of maintaining the catalyst in daily use. The results show that the activity of KC-103 shift catalyst produced by Changyi Kaite New Materials Corporation Ltd. is still stable and good, at the same time, the operating experience of our company also has a certain effect on the prolongation of the service life of the catalyst.
