Abstract:Aiming at the shortcomings of slow tracking response and insufficient operation accuracy of MG300 shearer used in Lucheng Coal Industry, a height adjustment system scheme with electro-hydraulic proportional valve as the core component is proposed. ASAMS and AMESim software are used to simulate the dynamic performance of electro-hydraulic proportional valve controlled cylinder. At the same time, one-way throttle valve and one-way damper are added to solve the vibration when the equipment drops, meet the control requirements of small flow at the opening, and enhance the working stability of the valve core. The simulation results show that the height adjustment error of the electro-hydraulic proportional height adjustment system based on PID control strategy is within 0.07 m. The field application shows that the system has good operation stability, reduces the maintenance workload, saves the production cost and reduces the accident rate.
