Abstract:In order to solve the problems of insufficient driving power of single motor, insufficient synchronous accuracy of master-slave control of double motors and serious wear of mechanical components in shearer traction system, and improve the stability and efficiency of shearer operation, taking MG300/700-WD double drum electric traction shearer as the research object, the parameters of transmission gears and planetary gear trains at all levels of shearer traction system, pin rail and pin wheel are matched and designed. The control effects of master-slave control, parallel control and cross coupling control are compared and analyzed. Finally, the coordinated control of double motors of shearer is realized based on cross coupling control.
