In view of the existence of multiple faults in No.2303 Face of Licun Mine, the phenomenon of rib spalling and roof falling was easy to occur in the mining process. The technical scheme of advanced deep hole grouting reinforcement was proposed. For the leakage of coal wall slurry in the process of deep hole grouting reinforcement, the deep and shallow hole alternate grouting method was designed, and the grouting material, grouting time and grouting hole position were optimized to make the grouting reinforcement achieve the best effect. The field industrial test results showed that the grouting reinforcement had achieved obvious results, effectively controlled the coal wall spalling, and realized the normal mining of the working face.
