Abstract： In order to ensure the safe operation of the gas-fired steam boiler project in production practice, the process flow, hazards, harmful factors and safety facility design of the gas-fired steam boiler are studied. The results show that the gas-fired steam boiler project involves natural gas, and its safety facilities need to be designed in the production process, mainly including leakage prevention, fire prevention, explosion-proof and gas-proof design. After strict preventive measures are designed, the safety factor of the project can be strengthened and the safe operation of the project can be improved.
