Abstract：With the continuous extension of production years in Xingdong Coal Mine, the amount of recoverable coal decreases year by year, the production line continues to expand, and the mining conditions gradually deteriorate. The less resources and poor coal quality have become the key factors restricting the sustainable development of the mine. Xingdong Coal Mine adopted various means to achieve the improvement of coal quality of sieve coal without gangue entering the coal flow, gangue being treated nearby, and gangue not lifting the well. The improvement of coal quality not only improves the economic benefits of the mine, but also extends the service life of the mine and promotes the sustainable development of the mine.
