采用中红外(MIR)光谱(包括一维 MIR 光谱和二阶导数 MIR 光谱)开展了芝麻油的结构研究。实验结果发现:芝麻油的红外吸收模式主要包括ν■-芝麻油、νsCH■-芝麻油、ν■-芝麻油、νsCH■-芝麻油、νC=O-芝麻油、ν酰胺-Ⅰ-芝麻油、δCH■-芝麻油、δasCH■-芝麻油、δsCH■-芝麻油、νC-O-芝麻油 和 ρCH■-芝麻油。本项研究拓展了 MIR 光谱光谱技术在重要农产品(芝麻油)结构鉴别的研究范围。
The structure of sesame oil was studied by mid-infrared (MIR) spectroscopy (including one-dimensional MIR spectrum and second derivative MIR spectrum). The experiment results show that the infrared absorption mode of sesame oil included νasCH■-sesame oil, νsCH■-sesame oil, νasCH■-sesame oil, νsCH■-sesame oil, νC=O-sesame oil, νamide-Ⅰ-sesame oil, δCH■-sesame oil, δasCH■-sesame oil, δsCH■-sesame oil, νC-O-sesame oil and ρCH■-sesame oil. This study expands the research scope of MIR spectroscopy in the structural identification of important agricultural products (sesame oil).
