Study on extraction and mid-infrared spectrum of polysaccharide from cedar needles

采用中红外(MIR)光谱技术(包括一维 MIR 光谱、二阶导数 MIR 光谱、四阶导数 MIR 光谱和去卷积 MIR 光谱)开展雪松松针多糖结构的研究。实验发现,松针的主要红外吸收官能团包括νOH-雪松松针多糖、νC=O-雪松松针多糖、ν酰胺-Ⅰ-雪松松针多糖、νC=C-雪松松针多糖、ν酰胺-Ⅱ-雪松松针多糖、δ■和νC-O-雪松松针多糖 等,采用 MIR 光谱可以快速鉴别雪松松针多糖结构。本课题为雪松松针多糖结构研究建立了1个新的方法学,具有重要的应用研究价值。
The structure of cedar needles polysaccharide was studied by mid-infrared (MIR) spectrum (including one-dimensional MIR spectrum, second derivative MIR spectrum, fourth derivative MIR spectrum and deconvolution MIR spectrum). It was found that the main infrared absorption functional groups of pine needles included νOH-cedar needles polysaccharide, νC=O-cedar needles polysaccharide, νamide-Ⅰ-cedar needles polysaccharide, νC=C-cedar needles polysaccharide, νamide-Ⅱ-cedar needles polysaccharide, δ■ and νC-O-cedar needles polysaccharide, etc, and the structure of cedar needles polysaccharide could be distinguished by MIR spectroscopy. This project established a new methodology for the study of the structure of cedar needles polysaccharide, which has important application research value.
