The 15449S comprehensive mining face of Jiulong Mine is located in the north fifth mining area, the mining conditions in this area were complex, the main difference between the mining stress of this face and the ordinary coal mining face was the roof plate, because the hard roof plate was not easy to break, the periodical incoming pressure was strong, with high pressurized water, so the mining stress change pattern was not obvious. In the process of mining, the minimum pressure time interval was 3 d and the maximum 36 d. The minimum pressure step interval was 2.85 m and the maximum 17.4 m. The pressure time and step interval were irregular and difficult to predict accurately. In response to this problem, the relationship between water level and mineral pressure in the observation hole of the working face during the recovery period of 15449S working face was analyzed to find out the change law between mineral pressure and water pressure, which provided successful experience for the roof pressure warning and safe recovery of the wild green working face in the future.
