Through the comparative test of emulsified collector and existing collector of Xiqu coal, it was concluded that the emulsified collector was superior to the existing collector in terms of clean coal yield, clean coal ash content and combustible body recovery rate. The emulsification mechanism of the collector was analyzed. The results showed that the emulsified collector had high dispersion in water, fine oil drop, easy to combine with coal particles, improved its collection ability, and achieved the purpose of saving oil and reducing consumption.
