The porous granular ammonium nitrate explosive is an explosive mixture mixed with porous granular ammonium nitrate and oil ( diesel oil ) without any sensitizer. It is suitable for some blasting works in the open air, and non-dangers works biogas and mine dust because of low cost, easy manufacture, good safety, convenient use and etc.. But it has the disadvantages of low explosion power, detonation speed, and detonation sensitivity, short storage period and strong moisture absorption, so its application range is limited. The physical and chemical properties of the porous granular ammonium nitrate explosive were improved by studying its oil phase. The effects of particle diesel on the stability and explosive properties of the porous granular ammonium nitrate explosive were studied by ultrasonic power, treatment time, water content and emulsifying dose.
