In order to investigate the enhanced effect of drilling-punching integrated hydraulic cavitation and permeability improvement technology on underground gas extraction. Drilling-punching integrated hydraulic cavitation technology test was carried out in the 8006 roadway. By monitoring the gas extraction parameters of the experimental drilling, the gas extraction law and the law of effective influence radius change of hydraulic cave drilling were analyzed. The results showed that the average concentration of single-hole extraction in hydraulic cave drilling was 0.21~4.72 times higher than that of ordinary extraction drilling,and the average amount of extraction of pure quantity increased by1.70~7.42 times, and effective influence radius increased by0.87~11.54 times. The results showed that the hydraulic punching process improved the drilling efficiency. The effective influence radius of ordinary extraction drilling did not increase after 180d extraction, while the effective influence radius of hydraulic cave drilling continued to grow over time after 300 d extraction. Hydraulic cavitation permeability improvement technology effectively extended the steady extraction time of drilling.
