In order to improve the gas drainage effect of No. 3 coal seam in Changcun Mine, the layout scheme of fracturing hole, pre-extraction hole and gas release hole were designed. It can be obtained through the data analysis of the actual measurement, after deep-hole pre-splitting blasting of carbon dioxide, the pore gas flow attenuation coefficient was reduced by 14 times. After pre-split blasting, the porosity of the coal structure was greatly increased, so that the gas in the coal body could be effectively analyzed and discharged, which promoted the extraction effect of the entire gas extraction and sustainability. The original gas permeability coefficient of No. 3 coal seam was about 0.48 m2/(MPa2·d). The gas permeability coefficient after pre-cracking was about 12.96 m2/(MPa2·d), and the gas permeability coefficient after cracking was increased by 16 times.
