In order to solve the problem severe deformation in the multiplexing roadway of 4321 working face in Chengzhuang mine, the hydraulic fracturing of thick coal seam and the unloading of the top cuttings technology was proposed to protect the roadway by combining the existing engineering practice and site geological conditions. By unloading the borehole in the construction of 43213 roadway, the direct top was basically in the mining with the emergence, to solve the problem of the overhang of the upper corner; at the same time, reduce the length of the coal column side cantilever beam, effectively cut off the coal column overlying hard rock stress transfer, hydraulic fracturing construction of the working face after the trough forward support pressure influence area of the pressure significantly reduced, to stay in the lane roadway perimeter rock deformation is effectively controlled, to ensure the safety of the working face back to mining.
