The soap was made by taking coconut oil (25%, mass fraction), tung oil (25%), olive oil (30%), sweet almond oil (12%), jojoba oil (8%) as base oil, adopting the saponification process of hydrolysis and neutralization and adding volatile oil of Schizonepeta and Schizonepeta powder, and the physical and chemical index product and antibacterial properties of the product were determinated. The experimental results show that adding volatile oil of Schizonepeta or Schizonepeta powder can prepare the soap which matches the national standare requirements. Under the experimental conditions, the antibacterial performance of Schizonepeta-powder-soap is slightly better than Schizonepeta-oil-soap. When the concentration of the former soap solution is at minimum of 2 mg/mL, the growth of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli was inhibited; when the concentration is 1 mg/mL and above, the growth of Candida albicans was inhibited.
