The osmotic pressure of ofloxacin eye drops was studied and determined. After the concentration of osmotic pressure regulator in ofloxacin eye drops prescription was adjusted ,the osmotic pressure of ofloxacin eye drops was determined by FM-7J osmometer.The results showed that the method had a simple preparation,appropriate osmotic pressure and easy detection to control the quality of the preparation effectively.
