In order to solve the problems of poor reliability, serious energy consumption, high cost and low efficiency of 2JK-2.5×1.2 asynchronous motor rotor shear resistance speed regulation hoist in Dongqu Mine of Xishan Coal and Electricity Group, SRM structure speed regulation was adopted to control the operation of the hoist. SRM structure using the principle of minimum reluctance to work, whose structure consists of pole winding and asymmetric topology, could detect position and control speed accurately in the process of lifting system. Field application showed that the SRM structure significantly improved the efficiency, safety and reliability of the lifting system. The technology provided reference for the stable operation of other similar gangue hill lifting systems.
