In Xingdong mine, the lifting system adopts multi-rope friction hoist, to prevent accidents caused by the rope tension difference overrun and overloading, we research and install a mine hoist rope tension on-line monitoring and weighing system at the auxiliary shaft. When the phenomenon of rope difference overrun or overloading occurs, the system can alarm timely, thus the problem can be handled in time. In this way, we can ensure the safe and reliable operation of the lifting system, and extend the service life of the equipment.
