Comparative analysis methods such as determination of gas emission and residual gas content were used to study the comprehensive application technology withwater pressure pre cracking and hydraulic cutting technology applied in steep incline, "three soft", high stress, low permeability and high stress in coal seam, which effectively shortened extraction time and reduced cost of extraction engineering. As a result, problems of low permeability and difficulty of gas extraction were solved.
