Gas disaster was the first of five major disasters in coal mine, and the roadway excavation was the important link in the coal mine production. Therefore, problem of gas control in tunnel face had become a hotspot among domestic scholars. In this paper, a 10-level mid-section excavation of a high-gas coal mine in Xiqu Min was taken as practical engineering background, the distribution law of tunneling flow field under positive pressure ventilation was studied by means of Fluent simulation method commonly used in the CFD method, and integrated control measures to gas accumulation in tunneling were explored. The wind field measurement was carried out at the same time, and measured results coincided with numerical simulation results, which indicated that the simulation method used in this paper was applicable, and provided some reference for the study of the distribution and migration of wind field in roadway excavation process and provided theoretical support for local gas control.
