Belt conveyor is the main equipment of coal transportation, with the advantages of reliable operation, simple structure and maintenance. Based on the design problem of transportation roadway belt conveyor in No. 2 pit of No. 2 mining area of Guo’erzhuang Mine, by the economy and feasibility study, the multiple ups and downs two-way belt conveyor was adopted, the problem in the design and prevention measures were introduced.
