Based on types selection design of belt conveyor problem in central belt roadway of Jiarui Mine, belt conveyor was taken as study object, in the guidance of design theory, combined with actual working experience and belt conveyor, stress analysis and selection of calculation were conducted, showed to belt conveyor by CAD software. Combined with Microsoft Excel, types selection process was programmed, the accurate calculation result avoids error by hand computation, which improves the working efficiency of staff.
