Under the situation of  fine  management and widely use of digital, in order to improve the coal enterprise management informationization level, the application characteristics of coding management in coal enterprises were analyzed from whole life cycle, comprehensive coverage and responsibilities clear, human resource management of coal enterprise was taken as example, level 4 coding operation process and implementation way were introduced. The result showed that code management was the important way to realize informatization, digitization, refined of coal enterprise, and could improve the management level of enterprise.
