Oxidation process is the common method to measure Sulfur iron in coal. In order to measure precisely sulfur iron in coal with oxidation process method, the testing principle, method and steps were introduced, the influencing factors of test results were discussed, the key steps and matters needing attention were put forward. The practice showed that following the key steps of oxidation process in measuring sulfur iron in coal could get the expected result.
