In view of the problems of increasing mining depth, complicated geological conditions and increasing threat of Ordovician limestone water outburst in the floor under the background of high-intensity mining, taking No.182408 lower Face of Wutongzhuang Mine as the research object, combined with its core water disaster characteristics of large mining depth, high pressure and near-fault, the hydrogeological conditions of the mine and working face were systematically analyzed, and the technical route of water prevention and control in the whole process of 'pre excavation-mid excavation-after the formation of working face' was constructed. Through the three-dimensional prevention and control means of ground area exploration and control, underground drilling exploration and geophysical verification, accurate detection of fault development characteristics, grouting reinforcement of aquifer and scientific verification of waterproof coal pillar were realized. The practical results showed that the comprehensive control technology effectively eliminated the risk of fault water conduction, verified the rationality of waterproof coal pillar retention, ensured the safe mining of working face, and provided technical reference for mine water prevention and control work under similar geological conditions.
