Abstract: The main coal seams in Wannian mine field are No. 2 and No. 9 coal seams. During the production of the mine, it is mainly threatened by the Ordovician limestone confined aquifer on the floor. With the drainage and pressure reduction during the mining of Nanminghe iron mine, the underground Ordovician limestone water level in Wannian Mine field decreased year by year. According to the monitoring data of Ordovician ash observation hole in the mine field and observation hole under Nanminghe iron mine, the water level of Ordovician limestone aquifer varied greatly in the same hydrological unit. Through the analysis and research of the water level of Ordovician limestone aquifer, the reasons for the water level difference of the aquifer were finally found out, and the hydrological situation of the aquifer was further understood.
