The 11-102 working face of the Huipodi Mine was taken as study object, with theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, the principle and effect of working face spray dust removal were studied. The study showed that the coal miner outer nozzle fog field wrapping the coal miner fuselage and rollers, can reduce the dust cut by coal effectively. Secondary dust reduction device developed by hydrodynamic Venturi principle can remove the dust generated by moving supports, the combined spray system can effectively suppress the generation and dispersion of dust, with good application in Huipidi Mine.
