In order to improve the cooling effect in the high-temperature area of mines, the thermodynamic mechanism of large enthalpy difference centralized cooling air conditioner and the heat exchange of large temperature and small temperature difference were studied. The design theory of mine cooling system was to establish the centralized cooling from the cooling transport in the mine to the air inlet of the mining area through innovative research, and based on the principles of heat and mass transfer, aerodynamics, and heat-mass exchange, a concentrated method for controlled wind resistance with large enthalpy difference in the mining area was proposed. Cooling technology, with spray cooling and dehumidifying air conditioning, the results showed that after cooling, the comfortable temperature in the air inlet roadway, working face and general return roadway of the mining area was reduced by 7.0 , 5.2 and 4.0 °C respectively, which solved the problem of high working environment temperature and humidity in mines caused by high ground temperature.
