Application of blasting pressure relief technology in deep hole of high rock cover in adjacent airway

The roadway in the adjacent void area is influenced by the superimposed stresses of forward support and lateral support stresses in the goaf area, which makes the surrounding rocks of the roadway in the adjacent goaf side have the characteristics of high stress, large deformation and difficult maintenance. Based on the analysis of the load transfer mechanism of the adjacent air lateral, the deep hole blasting method is proposed to block the stress transfer path of the adjacent air roof plate and weaken the strength of the high overburden to reduce the stress source range. The study showed that when the top plate of the thick layer of sandstone existing above the coal seam, the layer was intact and dense, which has an important influence on the lateral stress of the adjacent airway; in the field practice, after adopting the deep hole blasting pre-cracking technique for the top plate of the left and right sides of the air return roadway of the 30202 working face, the stress of the adjacent airside was reduced to 57.77% ~ 62.5%, and the forward bearing pressure of the working face was reduced to 30.41%~ 41.53%, the strong mineral pressure of the roadway ahead support section showed improvement, the deformation of the roadway was reduced significantly, to ensure the normal production of the working surface.
