Through the comparison of several determination methods for the contents of diclofenac sodium suppositories, the methods were selected to accurately determine the content of the main drug.The test results were respectively obtained by petroleum ether extraction method, the direct freezing method and reference standard external standard method. The results show that the direct freezing method and reference standard external standard method can effectively determine the content of diclofenac suppositories.
